The blood glucose should be monitored.
According to the centers of disease control and prevention, a
fingerstick blood glucose testing has to be done. If everything is
optimal, it should be decreased to four times a day. This has to be

One must write it
down. A food journal should be kept for tracking the blood glucose
levels and the diet. One must write down what to eat and how much to
eat.
